Refund Policy

At ALGORYTHIX LTD, doing business as Insightlyreports, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness to the customer with the operational sustainability of our business. Refund requests must be submitted within thirty days of the original purchase date and will only be considered if they show limited or no active usage.

Refunds are not generally provided for renewals, plan changes, or accounts with substantial usage during the initial period. Enterprise contracts, custom integrations, and negotiated agreements may include separate refund provisions that override this general policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days. In cases where a refund cannot be issued, we may provide account credits or service extensions as an alternative resolution. Our commitment is to handle every refund request professionally, transparently, and with a focus on maintaining trust.
